We have  worked extensively with every aspect and role in maternity service teams; DoMs, HoMs, midwives, students, MSWs, HCAs; Obstetricians – CDs, consultants, jnr doctors; anaesthetists; paediatricians; administrators, managers.  Combining this with our knowledge of the maternity service transformation challenge enables us to work quickly, easily and effectively within the maternity service environment to develop leaders, to address behavioural and relationship challenges and to enable and embed improvement.

Structured campaigns and methods that build engagement… with real patients not just the usual suspects… that creates real insight through relevant and helpful feedback… that leaves the public feeling empowered and providers feeling positive with a sense of real permission.
